Andrew Vecellio has a keen enthusiasm for project management and driving both strategic and operational decisions. Vecellio will be responsible for overseeing various projects in the Corporex portfolio, including the transformational mixed-use development Ovation in Northern Kentucky, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget.

Prior to joining Corporex, he was a Vice President at Guttman Development Group, LLC where he developed senior living and apartment communities from the initial design to resident occupancy.

Prior to that, Andrew owned FD Building Group, LLC, a smart construction management group specializing in the construction and delivery of urban infill condominiums, upscale luxury high-rise condominiums and USGHA LEED Certified single-family homes.

He is a graduate of the University of Denver, Daniels School of Business.
